o9 Solutions Reports Strong Commercial Momentum in Q2 2026 and One of Its Best First-Half Performances to Date

o9 Solutions, a leading software company that is powering enterprise planning and decisioning models across 30-plus industry verticals with its groundbreaking, AI-powered Digital Brain platform, announced strong commercial momentum in Q2 2026, building on standout first-quarter results, and contributing to one of the Company’s best first-half performances to date. Fueled largely by new client acquisitions across a broad range of industries globally, Q2’26 marks accelerating demand for AI-driven enterprise planning and decision-making, and a decisive step forward in o9’s global growth trajectory.

New logo additions during the quarter included TPV Technology Limited, Merry Electronics, a leading specialty beauty retailer, a major food and beverage distributor, a fast-growing wearable device company, a global furniture and decor brand, and more in industries such as pharmaceuticals, paper and packaging, and metals. In Q2’26, o9 successfully completed more than 40 go-lives at clients in industries such as footwear and apparel, food distribution, and telecommunications. Throughout the first half of the year, o9 completed more than 80 deployments across North America, Europe, and APAC.

The Company made several pivotal appointments to its executive leadership team throughout the quarter and into early July to accelerate the next phase of its global growth strategy:

  • Dr. Ashwin Rao was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, signalling o9’s commitment to the breakthrough innovations it is pioneering to transform enterprise decision-making for the new normal of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) in the age of AI. This 10x innovation is o9’s next-generation APEX operating model – short for Agile, Adaptive, Autonomous Planning & Execution.
  • Krishnakumar Kulankara was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Role, where he will lead the cross-functional alignment and operational transformation required to advance APEX adoption at scale.
  • Adriel Sanchez joined as o9’s first-ever Chief Marketing Officer to lead global marketing to amplify the Company’s global presence and brand awareness, while rapidly expanding into new industries and geographies.
  • Hideki Shiozuka was named Country Manager of Japan to support continued growth and customer engagement in one of o9’s key strategic markets.
